Each kit contains two balls of our most sustainable yarn to date, Nova Vita 12 which is made using recycled cotton. Using a range of different knots which are explained in our step by step instructions, not only will you benefit from the absorbing qualities of macrame, but you will create something beautiful too. This kit is designed for intermediate crafters and uses a variety of engaging stitch and knot techniques that will help take your mind off the daily stresses of life.

Our normal shop business hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday-Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays, and we aim to ship all orders within 2 working days with our standard shipping service. As a general guideline, UK customers will typically receive their orders in 2-4 working days, European customers in 5-10 working days and the rest of the world in 7-12 working days. Of course, deliveries may take longer during busy periods, such as Christmas and Bank Holidays, so please be patient at those times.

Orders for a large selection of fabric may take longer to process, and we will let you know if this is the case. A daytime telephone number helps to contact you in good time in such cases.

In general, we ship orders using Royal Mail for both UK customers and customers abroad.

We are more than happy to refund faulty or damaged items. However, we can only refund cut fabric, ribbon or other cut or made to order product if the product is faulty or damaged, as we would have cut it specifically for you.
