Heat Press Batting Tape for Quilters: 1.5 inches
JH74
Description
A great product designed by Jeanne Harwood. This product was invented by
designer and longarm-quilter Jeanne Harwood after 40 years of business
ownership experience.
It was invented to fuse batting or wadding and
fabric together to fit a specific size. The Heat Press Batting cloth
tape will allow batting edges to be fused together with a soft fuse that
stretches, eliminating the old pinning and stitching of extra batting or
wadding pieces needed to fit a specific project. The product can be used
on any batting or wadding fabric content.
For your quilt as you go
projects, this heat press batting tape tidies up the raw edges after
sewing the block seam allowances. Lay the two blocks side by side, place
the tape over the join and run the iron gently across. The patented
adhesive will secure both sides without adding bulk and without gumming
up the needle. The fine construction means that when quilted, the
join will blend into nothing.
