Jim Hansel, one of America�s premier wildlife, nature and landscape artists, was diagnosed with a degenerative eye condition called Stargardts at the age of 12. This eye condition has left him legally blind. In spite of his limited vision, he pursued his passion for painting with the use of low vision devices and has become one of the most collected artists in the United States and Canada. As a result of his partial loss of vision, Jim hopes to serve as an inspiration to the American spirit in overcoming his disability and pursuing his passion for art. With images in nature, wildlife and Americana, Jim shows versatility and love of his subjects.

Delivery
Our normal shop business hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday-Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays, and we aim to ship all orders within 2 working days with our standard shipping service. For priority orders, we aim to ship the same or next business day. If you do not wish to choose the standard or priority service, please email us for more options.
As a general guideline, UK customers will typically receive their orders in 2-4 working days, European customers in 5-10 working days and the rest of the world in 7-12 working days. Of course, deliveries may take longer during busy periods, such as Christmas and Bank Holidays, so please be patient at those times.
Orders for a large selection of fabric may take longer to process, and we will let you know if this is the case. A daytime telephone number helps to contact you in good time in such cases.
In general, we ship orders using Royal Mail for both UK customers and customers abroad.

Returns
We hope you are completely satisfied and pleased with your purchase. However, sometimes things go wrong and we would like to rectify whatever we can.
We are more than happy to refund faulty or damaged items. However, we can only refund cut fabric, ribbon or other cut or made to order product if the product is faulty or damaged, as we would have cut it specifically for you.
Please contact us before returning anything so we can advise you on the best course of action.
