The PONY bamboo range is particularly suited to working with natural yarns. Made from sustainable Indian bamboo, these natural products are smooth and lightweight in use. Their extreme flexibility, and strong, warm comfortable feeling keeps your hands relaxed and allows you to comfortably work for longer. Bamboo absorbs the skin moisture and does not give an electrostatic charge which makes them very popular for people suffering from rheumatism or allergies.

Our normal shop business hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday-Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays, and we aim to ship all orders within 2 working days with our standard shipping service. For priority orders, we aim to ship the same or next business day. If you do not wish to choose the standard or priority service, please email us for more options.

As a general guideline, UK customers will typically receive their orders in 2-4 working days, European customers in 5-10 working days and the rest of the world in 7-12 working days. Of course, deliveries may take longer during busy periods, such as Christmas and Bank Holidays, so please be patient at those times.

Orders for a large selection of fabric may take longer to process, and we will let you know if this is the case. A daytime telephone number helps to contact you in good time in such cases.

In general, we ship orders using Royal Mail for both UK customers and customers abroad.

We are more than happy to refund faulty or damaged items. However, we can only refund cut fabric, ribbon or other cut or made to order product if the product is faulty or damaged, as we would have cut it specifically for you.
