All the designs can be worked on 14-count Aida or evenweave fabric. There's a broad range of subjects to choose from, including country cottages, flowers, hearts, and festive Christmas trees, so whatever the occasion, there is bound to be a design that suits it perfectly. Our normal shop business hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday-Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays, and we aim to ship all orders within 2 working days with our standard shipping service. As a general guideline, UK customers will typically receive their orders in 2-4 working days, European customers in 5-10 working days and the rest of the world in 7-12 working days. Of course, deliveries may take longer during busy periods, such as Christmas and Bank Holidays, so please be patient at those times.

Orders for a large selection of fabric may take longer to process, and we will let you know if this is the case. A daytime telephone number helps to contact you in good time in such cases.

In general, we ship orders using Royal Mail for both UK customers and customers abroad.

We are more than happy to refund faulty or damaged items. However, we can only refund cut fabric, ribbon or other cut or made to order product if the product is faulty or damaged, as we would have cut it specifically for you.
