How long do we keep your data?

We will not retain your data for longer than is necessary for us to provide the services you have accessed through the Site.

  • When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
  • When you subscribe to our newsletter or other regular notifications, we will maintain you data for as long as you remain subscribed to the service, and until you ask for this data to be deleted.

Storing and securing your data

The site is hosted by Intelligent Retail Ltd., who therefore act as data processors and are responsible to store your data securely. Data you provide through the Site or through the in-store till system, is sent and retrieved from secure databases hosted by their provider, Rackspace, within the EU. Payments taken through the Site are processed by SagePay, and your data is transferred via an encrypted connection for security reasons.
